Why shUX?
Senior Practitioners
Founder involvement on every engagement, backed by a trusted network when we need to scale.
Bespoke Solutions
We choose the right approach for the problem, rather than forcing every engagement through the same process.
Consistent Velocity
Focused design sprints keep work tangible, collaborative and moving forward.
Impact that Lasts
We don't just deliver the work. We help strengthen the tools, practices and capabilities your team keeps using.

What We Do
The right solution depends on the problem.
We don't believe every engagement needs the same recipe. We choose the methods and deliverables that will move the work forward, then use AI and focused design sprints to get there faster.

Built to fit your team.
Direct / White Label / Team Augmentation
Some clients bring us in to lead an experience from strategy through execution. Others need senior UX expertise embedded within an existing team. And agencies and consultancies bring us in behind the scenes to extend their capabilities.

Not sure what fits? We'll help you figure it out.
Small by design. Senior by default.
shUX is a 100% women-owned UX studio founded in Chicago. We're a small team intentionally — keeping our founders close to the work while drawing on a trusted global network of UX, design and strategy practitioners when an engagement needs to scale.
